Job summary

Noble Toyota, part of the 4K Automotive Group in the Canterbury-Bankstown region, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Parts Manager for the Revesby team. This permanent, full-time role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys developing people, while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

In this role you will support the Parts Manager, manage enquiries, stock, ordering and daily invoicing, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Valid NSW Driver's Licence.
• Exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Team player who builds rapport with stakeholders.
• Self-starter able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the Parts Department, supporting the Parts Manager.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by identifying and supplying the correct parts.
• Manage parts enquiries, sales, quotations, invoicing, and daily stock orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory through stock control, ordering, receiving, and stocktakes.
• Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of parts while working closely with the warehouse team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Support departmental performance by assisting with team coordination, training, and achieving sales and customer service targets.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and workplace health and safety requirements.
