• Experience in accommodation, hospitality, tourism or customer-focused operations.
• Experience leading or supporting teams in hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Park Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Provide hands-on support across park operations and guest services.
• Maintain presentation standards across accommodation, grounds, facilities.
• Guide team members to deliver a positive guest experience.
• Assist with administration, team coordination, and daily priorities.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational requirements.
• Step into different operational areas to keep the park running smoothly.
