Job summary

Eureka Villages is seeking an Assistant Park Manager in Geraldton to support the day-to-day operations of Sunset Beach Holiday Park. You’ll work alongside the Park Manager to maintain an organised, compliant and welcoming community that residents are proud to call home.

This permanent full-time role blends administration, resident experience and practical park operations. You’ll engage with residents, coordinate enquiries, move-ins and general support, manage records, liaise with contractors,

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, property, accommodation, hospitality, real estate or another community-focused environment.
• Strong administration and computer skills, with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine interest in supporting residents and delivering great service.
• A practical and proactive approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems and follow things through.
• The flexibility to work collaboratively with the Park Manager and onsite team while also being comfortable working independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day park operations and administration, maintaining accurate records, responding to enquiries and ensuring important tasks and follow-ups are completed.
• Provide a welcoming experience for current and prospective residents, assisting with enquiries, applications, move-ins and general resident support.
• Support occupancy and community engagement, helping promote the park and contribute to activities that build connection and belonging.
• Help coordinate maintenance, contractors and property requirements, ensuring issues are followed through and the park remains safe and presented to a high standard.
• Work closely with the Park Manager and onsite team, stepping in where required and helping maintain strong operational, safety and compliance standards.
