Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking an Assistant Department Manager to lead and support store operations, delivering a high standard of customer service while nurturing a positive team culture. You will participate in our Store Leadership Pathway to build essential leadership skills and department capabilities for future growth.

• Assistant Department Managers play a key role in the day to day functions of their department while working closely across the store to ensure we provide our customers with a great shopping experience and our team with a great place to work.
