endota North Adelaide is seeking a training manager/2IC to work with the spa manager, training staff and sharing leadership duties. Hold a minimum Diploma of Beauty Therapy; previous experience in an Assistant Management/2IC role is required.

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy is required.
• Experience in an Assistant Management/2IC or leadership role.
• Ability to train on a wide range of spa services and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and lead in the spa manager's absence.
• Oversee front-of-house admin, diary management and stock control.
• Deliver regular training sessions and provide constructive feedback.
• Cover management leave when required.
