Job summary

The Royal Hotel Gatton is seeking a driven Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house and gaming floor operations at a busy multi-department venue, delivering warm, country hospitality and maintaining gold-standard presentation.

You will supervise bar, bistro, gaming and rooms teams, collaborate with the Publican, and step up to lead shifts with energy, strong people skills, and safety awareness. RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence holders are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and guest-service background
• Experience supervising hospo teams across multiple departments
• Current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house, bistro, sports bar, gaming floor and hotel-room operations to ensure smooth service
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running safely and with a great vibe
• Mentor and supervise a team of hospitality staff during shifts
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards
• Bring energy, service, and warm hospitality to every shift
