Job summary

ALH Hotels in Kirribilli is seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the Kirribilli Hotel buzzing with great energy and impeccable service. The role involves leading a team, working hands-on, and ensuring smooth operation across the pub and dining spaces.

The position offers a base salary of AU$80,000 plus Super, a bonus scheme, and group-wide discounts. RSA/RCG/ARCG certifications are required and there are strong opportunities for career growth within ALH Hotels.

Qualifications

Base salary $80,000 + Super + Bonus Scheme + Group wide discounts

We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Kirribilli Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals.

Situated right at the foot of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, The Kirribilli Hotel has been a Milsons Point institution since 1937. Featuring multiple bars, a state-of-the-art Sports Bar, dining spaces, and busy event areas, we offer a fast-paced, high-energy environment with one of the best views in Sydney.

A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager

• Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You

• You’ve been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
• You’ve learned from great managers and now you’re ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
• You’ve got a current RSA, RCG and ARCG as per state requirements
