Job summary

Amart is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cairns to support the Store Manager on the sales floor, coach the team and drive performance. You’ll work hands-on with customers and lead by example to deliver exceptional results and experiences every day.

You’ll bring proven experience in a team-leading, customer-facing sales role, a passion for developing people, strong communication, and the ability to manage rosters and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the sales floor and growing team capability. You’ll be hands‑on with customers, while also coaching, motivating and guiding the team to deliver amazing results and experiences every day.

In this role, you will:
