Job summary

Endeavour Group seeks an Assistant Manager for Oxley Tavern, a fast-paced venue in southwest Brisbane. You’ll join a team of Assistant Managers sharing shifts and floor strategy, driving standards across dinner rushes, sports bar events, and gaming operations.

You’ll lead with energy, develop staff, and support the Publican to keep the pub running safely and with a great vibe. RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role requiring manual handling and lifting.
• Current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe.
• Lead a team of hospitality staff across various shifts.
• Manage floor operations during busy periods and events (dinner rush, fight nights, gaming, late-night).
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches and maintain high service standards.
