Delaware North Australia & New Zealand is seeking an Assistant Manager, Corporate to join Marvel Stadium's Operations Team in Melbourne. You will support premium corporate hospitality, leading day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences for clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the delivery of corporate hospitality operations, ensuring seamless execution across premium suites, member spaces, and corporate events.
• Lead service delivery across corporate hospitality areas, maintaining high standards and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance guest satisfaction, drive commercial outcomes, and strengthen Marvel Stadium's premium hospitality offering.
• Uphold the highest customer service standards, ensuring all operations are delivered in line with established procedures and brand expectations.
• Support day-to-day venue operations during peak periods, working closely with leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery of events and corporate hospitality experiences.

As Assistant Manager, you will support the delivery of premium corporate hospitality experiences, leading day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional service and memorable guest experiences for clients, members, and corporate partners.
