Job summary

NETA Tyre & Wheels in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to lead our busy workshop and counter team. This hands-on role focuses on customer service, team leadership, and safe, efficient branch operations.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will manage daily workflows, drive sales, and uphold safety and company procedures, with ongoing training to help you grow within a supportive, national brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in tyres, automotive, or a similar trade environment.
• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience.
• Customer-first attitude.
• Good organisational skills.

About the role
