Job summary

Lucia Roche Estate in the Hunter Valley is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant and bar operations. You will lead front-of-house shifts, coordinate teams across venue areas and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring prior hospitality leadership, strong communication, and a genuine passion for service. NSW RSA is required, with availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced setting.

• Previous assistant management or senior supervisory experience in a busy hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with confidence leading a busy service.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment.
