Job summary

Opal HealthCare Narrandera Homestead Care Community is seeking caring Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to join our warm team. You will support residents with daily needs, uphold dignity, choice and independence, and contribute to a high quality of life.

You’ll work with our clinical and care teams across a welcoming community in Narrandera. Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Disability is preferred; nursing students encouraged to apply. Training and study support available.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability support.
• Certificate in Disability or similar qualification.
• Nursing students currently studying may apply.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily tasks and personal care.
• Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with clinical and care teams to deliver consistent care.

Education

We're looking for caring and dedicated Assistants in Nursing to join our team at Narrandera Homestead Care Community.

As an AIN, you'll work alongside our clinical and care teams to support residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, choice, independence, and quality of life.
