With 40 aged care beds, 12 acute care beds, and a 4-bed emergency department, no two days are ever the same. About The Role

As an Assistant in Nursing at Manilla MPS, you’ll play a vital role in delivering personal, patient-centred care across multiple settings. You’ll assist with daily living, support residents and patients with compassion and dignity, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes. This role is varied, rewarding, and offers the chance to develop your skills in a rural health setting where your contribution truly makes a difference.

Requirements
  • Certificate III Assistant in Nursing or currently enrolled in an undergraduate Registered Nursing degree (completion of first year and first semester or trimester of second year), or currently enrolled in a TAFE NSW Diplomas of Nursing (completion of identified foundational units in practice AND 80 hours of clinical placement).
  • Ability to provide compassionate, person-centred care
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliability and commitment to working a 7-day roster across various care areas
