For more than 30 years, Lucas Collective has played a significant role in shaping Australia’s hospitality landscape, developing restaurants that challenge convention, establish new benchmarks and become destinations in their own right. Our venues have earned top Australian hospitality awards, including Maison Bâtard being named Australia's Best New Restaurant in 2025, along with international recognition for excellence in food, wine and hospitality.
If you’re passionate about hospitality, hungry to learn and ready to be part of something exceptional, we’d love to hear from you.
