We’re looking for Assistant Head Sommeliers to join Wishbone's opening team. This hands‑on role focuses on exceptional wine service, cellar management and creating memorable guest experiences.
You’ll work alongside Loïc Avril, Group Wine Director, and Yuki Hirose, Group Head Sommelier, who lead Lucas Collective’s wine programs across the group.
