Job summary

Knox Grammar School is seeking an experienced educator to join our Boarding Team as Assistant Head of Stage – Boarding. This permanent part-time role reports to the Head of Boarding and supports day-to-day care, mentoring and development of senior boarders, while contributing to Boarding Programs.

The role involves 2–3 evening duties weekly and 1 weekend duty per fortnight, with start/end-of-year setup weeks. Knox offers a collaborative, values-driven environment and strong staff support.

Knox Grammar School is an independent, multi-campus Kindergarten to Year 12 day and boarding school for boys, located at Wahroonga on Sydney's North Shore. In addition to the single-sex campuses, Knox also operates Wahroonga Preparatory School, a co-educational campus for students Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our Boarding Team as Assistant Head of Stage – Boarding. This is a permanent part-time position, working closely with the Head of Stage and reporting to the Head of Boarding. You will play a key role in the day-to-day care, mentoring, and development of senior boarders, while contributing to the delivery of age and stage appropriate Boarding Programs.

KEY DETAILS

• 2–3 evening duties per week (Monday to Friday)
• 1 weekend duty per fortnight (Saturday & Sunday evenings)
• Includes setup and pack-down weeks at the start and end of the school year
