Job summary

Mount St Benedict College is seeking an Assistant Head of Department to join the TAS Faculty on a permanent full-time basis, commencing Term 1, 2027. The role will assist the Head of Department in curriculum development and the ongoing quality of teaching and learning for each student.

Applicants should hold TAS teaching qualifications, current NESA registration, and a Working with Children Check, with leadership experience or progression towards leadership.

Qualifications

Must hold TAS teaching qualifications and current NESA registration.
Must have current Working with Children Check.
Experience and qualifications in leadership or working towards.
Understanding of Good Samaritan Schools Teaching and Learning Framework.
Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
Previous experience in a middle leadership role.
