The TJX Australia Processing Centre Marsden Park is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead night shift operations and develop high-performing teams. You will drive safety, productivity, quality, and cost outcomes while shaping future leaders and implementing continuous improvement initiatives on-site in Marsden Park, NSW.

Ideal candidates bring extensive distribution/warehousing leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a collaborative leadership style focused on people

• Extensive leadership experience within distribution, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large, high-performing teams through leaders.
• Strong operational, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automated environments.
• A resilient, collaborative leadership style with a passion for people development.

We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Assistant General Manager to help lead our Processing Centre operations and inspire high-performing teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, driving operational excellence, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced supply-chain environment. This position will initially support night shift operations, with future opportunities to gain exposure across afternoon & morning shift operations as business needs evolve. This role will be based onsite at TJX Australia Processing Centre Marsden Park.
