Job summary

TJX Australia is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our Processing Centre operations at Marsden Park. You will guide night shift operations initially and shape high-performing teams across distribution activities, safety, quality and cost outcomes.

You will develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and capability building, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional results for our Associates and the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in distribution, logistics or supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead large teams through leaders.
• Strong operational, financial, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with WMS and automated environments.
• People development and coaching mindset.

This position will initially support night shift operations, with future opportunities to gain exposure across afternoon & morning shift operations as business needs evolve. This role will be based onsite at TJX Australia Processing Centre Marsden Park.

• Drive safety, productivity, quality, service, and cost outcomes across your department
• Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and capability building
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and ways of working
• Partner with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for the business and our Associates
