Talent On The Move Pty in Sydney’s Martin Place is seeking an Assistant FOH Manager for a premium dining venue within a growing hospitality group. Lead from the floor, mentor the team, and ensure high standards across service and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium dining (fine dining or upscale brasserie)
• Hands-on, present, lead by example
• Confident managing rosters, stock, and costs to keep venue profitable
• Knowledgeable in RSA, food safety, allergens, and OH&S requirements
• Motivating, training, and developing teams with accountability and morale in mind
• Commercially savvy with a focus on meeting sales targets

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations with confidence, setting the pace for service
• Support FOH Manager with training and succession planning for the team
• Act as a trusted contact for staff and guests, handling feedback professionally
• Maintain sharp service standards and a proactive sales culture
• Manage rosters, wage costs, and stock levels to keep service efficient and profitable
• Assist in beverage program development and liaise with suppliers
