Job summary

ProTen is seeking an experienced Assistant Farm Manager to join our Lethbridge Farms in Victoria. You will support the Farm Manager with day-to-day broiler production, lead a small team of six to eight staff, and help drive cost-effective operations on cutting-edge tunnel-ventilated facilities.

You should have at least two years on broiler/breeder farms, be a hands-on leader, committed to safety and WHS, and hold the right to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience on broiler/breeder farms.
• Ability to lead a small team and support the Farm Manager.
• Commitment to safety, health, environment and quality (WHS).

Responsibilities

• Support Farm Manager in day-to-day farm operations.
• Provide leadership to a team of six to eight staff.
• Assist with cost-effective and efficient bird production.
