Job summary

Australian Department of Defence – Russell ACT seeks an EL1 Assistant Director to improve performance information quality, support corporate reporting, and advise on governance under the PGPA Act. Based in Canberra, you will engage with stakeholders to strengthen evidence-based decision making.

You will analyse complex data, develop performance measures, and support enterprise performance initiatives within a large, complex organisation, collaborating across Defence Groups and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on performance measurement, reporting and governance.
• Support development of performance measures and evidence-based reporting.
