Goodstart Tweed Heads is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead and inspire a dedicated centre team in delivering high-quality early learning and care in a vibrant community. You will work closely with the Centre Director, guide staff development, and ensure smooth operations across the centre.

You will have previous leadership experience in early childhood education and a passion for child wellbeing, family engagement, and community collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in early learning leadership roles.
• Ability to mentor and develop centre staff.
• Strong people leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care.
• Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
• Act as Centre Director in their absence and uphold Goodstart standards.
