Job summary

Goodstart Little Mountain – Mark Road West is seeking an Assistant Director to support centre operations and leadership. You will mentor educators, drive quality practices, and strengthen family relationships while promoting continuous improvement across the site.

You will work with a supportive leadership team, focusing on high-quality early learning and professional development opportunities within a Not-for-Profit organisation.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an early learning setting is essential.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS is required for quality practice.
• Demonstrated mentoring and coaching abilities within a centre team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in leading a high-quality early learning team.
• Mentor and build capability within the centre staff.
• Lead centre operations in the Centre Director's absence.
• Champion and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Drive continuous improvement across centre operations.
