Canberra Health Services is seeking a talented and motivated professional to join its Decision Support Unit as Assistant Director, Costing and Performance. Reporting to the Director, Costing and Performance, this role drives costing, funding insights and performance initiatives to support ACT's health system.

You'll lead in developing reporting from multiple data sources, work across clinical, operational and financial teams, and guide the transition to Activity Based Funding while ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in costing and performance analysis within a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of activity-based funding (ABF) and healthcare finance is desirable.
