Job summary

Goodstart Roma is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead a 74-place centre in Roma, QLD. You will support the Centre Director, mentor the team, and ensure high-quality early learning and care.

The role focuses on building capability, safeguarding children, and upholding Goodstart practices. You will drive operations, budget management, and staff development while fostering an inclusive, supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an early learning team.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff capabilities.
• Knowledge of Goodstart Practice Guide and child safety standards.

Centre:Goodstart Roma

Employment Type: Permanent, Full time, 38 hours per week

Pay: $42.38 - $45.84 per hour (depending on qualification and experience) + Superannuation + Benefits
