The University of Sydney is seeking two Assistant Development Managers to join the Property & Development team in University Infrastructure. You will work on a multi-site program delivering up to 2,000 new student beds.

Located at the Darlington Campus, you will coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders, support procurement and budgeting, and help with feasibility and business case inputs while ensuring governance, sustainability and WHS requirements. Base Salary HEO8 $131,108 p.a.

Formación

• Experience in property development or major projects across at least one phase (feasibility, approvals, procurement, design or construction).
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing deadlines and keep accurate records.
• Strong communication with a wide range of stakeholders and sound judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders; maintain project controls covering schedule, cost and risk.
• Support procurement from EOI to tender evaluation and appointment.
• Assist with feasibility assessments, development budgets and business case inputs.
• Undertake research, data collection and analysis to support planning decisions.
• Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations.
• Support planning and approvals, including coordination of development application documentation; ensure governance and WHS compliance.
