St Clare's OSHC is seeking a fulltime enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Coordinator to lead our welcoming service, supporting up to 114 children across Before School Care (BSC), After School Care (ASC) and Vacation Care (VAC) programs.
As the Assistant Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of the service, lead a dedicated team of educators, and create a safe, engaging and inclusive environment where children can learn, play and grow. You'll work closely with families, school staff and children to deliver high-quality, child-led programs that reflect children's interests, strengths and voices.
