APG & Co. is seeking an Assistant Concession Manager for Sportscraft and JAG at the MYER Perth store.

You will support the Concession Manager to drive performance across multiple concession pads, delivering exceptional customer service and coaching the team. This role focuses on sales, visual merchandising, rostering, stock control, and loss prevention while maintaining brand presentation and a safe, engaging store environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer service across multiple concession pads, monitoring KPIs and supporting brand performance.
• Support the Concession Manager in influencing Myer store relationships to prioritise brands.
• Lead and develop the team, manage rostering, stock, loss prevention and safety.
• Deliver on-brand customer experiences with product knowledge and grooming standards.
• Support visual merchandising and pad presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
