Job summary

APG & Co is seeking an Assistant Concession Manager to support the Concession Manager in leading a premium retail team on the Myer floor. You will focus on delivering an elevated, personalised customer experience and developing your team to drive sales and brand storytelling.

You’ll work closely with the Concession Manager to spot opportunities for performance and progression, while upholding brand standards and loss prevention across the concession environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail (Supervisor/2IC or equivalent).
• Interest in fashion and premium product storytelling.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and sales performance.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Commercial mindset with awareness of customer profile and competitors.
• Calm, can-do attitude in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team alongside the Concession Manager.
• Personally drive sales and deliver standout customer service.
• Build strong relationships with Myer store, floor and operations teams.
• Manage stock, visuals merch and pad presentation to brand standard.
• Coach and develop team through feedback and training.
• Assist with recruitment, induction and rostering.
• Step up to lead the concession when required.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention and compliance with APG & Co and Myer standards.
