Job summary

Good Company in Melbourne's flagship beauty and wellness clinic is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to support the Clinic Manager in day-to-day performance, deputising in their absence and helping shape how the team operates.

You’ll join an established Australian beauty retailer, with a focus on clinical skin treatments and brand services, and grow into broader leadership in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior or supervisory role within a clinic, salon or retail environment.
• Dermal Diploma or Dermal Therapy/Dermal Science degree.
• Solid knowledge of advanced skin treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, peels, laser hair removal, skin needling and LED).
• Emerging leader with coaching and team growth mindset.
• Developing commercial acumen and an interest in retail services and sales.
• Beauty/dermal therapy background preferred but not essential.
• Organised, confident, and comfortable in a busy flagship environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinic Manager to engage and motivate the team toward KPIs.
• Contribute to team success through training, mentoring and feedback.
• Lead by example on the floor to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Assist with rosters, bookings and daily administration.
• Support performance conversations and ongoing team development.
• Deputise for the Clinic Manager and own outcomes in their absence.
• Liaise with Marketing, Retail Ops and People & Education as needed.
• Build your own client base alongside leadership duties.

Education

Dermal Diploma or Dermal Therapy/Dermal Science degree
