Job summary

Julatten Tavern, a country pub in Julatten, Far North Queensland, is seeking an Assistant Chef to join the kitchen team. You will assist with lunch and dinner service, follow recipes, and help maintain consistency and efficiency in a small, busy kitchen.

Ideally you have chef or cook experience, a Food Safety Certificate, and full Australian working rights. Weekend/evening/public holiday availability is required; accommodation support may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience working as a chef or experienced cook.
• Reliable, clean, organised and works well within a team.
• Available for weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Has a current Food Safety Certificate.
• Has full Australian working rights.
