Early Years Talent in Ballarat is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to join our leadership team at a vibrant 90-place service. You will lead a dedicated team and work closely with the Centre Manager to drive quality care and education.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and strong people management skills, with opportunities for professional development and career progression across Victoria.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) required.
• Proven people management experience within early childhood.
• Experience as Assistant Centre Manager is highly desirable but not essential.
• Growth mindset with strong organisation and time management.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS applied in practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of early childhood professionals while supporting the Centre Manager.
• Embed a culture of respect, professionalism, community focus and fun in the centre.
