Job summary

G8 Education Limited is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager for McKenzie Street Children’s Centre in Wonthaggi. The role involves supporting an exceptional team to deliver a high-quality learning environment for 70 places, with a 38-hour week on a 12-month maximum term contract.

Applicants should hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services, understand EYLF and NQS, and have experience with children aged 0-5 years, along with WWC and First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• ACEQCA approved Diploma in Children's Services.
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Proven educator experience with children aged 0-5 years.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Support and help build an outstanding learning environment for 0-5 year olds.
• Contribute to daily operations and centre program delivery.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain high quality early childhood education.
