G8 Education is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager for Albion Park World of Learning. The role focuses on building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0–5, within a 66-place service. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team and support daily operations in a busy early childhood setting.

Qualifikationen

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS
• Proven educator experience with children 0–5 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• First Aid certificate

We are seeking a dedicated team member with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. At capacity our centre caters for 66 children with operating hours between 7am - 6pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approvedDiploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
