Job summary

G8 Education is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Centre Manager for Kindy Patch Manly, a 74-place service, to support the Centre Manager in mentoring educators and driving quality outcomes. Join a network of 400+ centres with a culture of growth and development.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved diploma or a B.Ed (Early Childhood) as minimum qualification.
• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Proven educator experience with children 0-5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Blue Card and First Aid certificate.

Kindy Patch Manly has an exciting opportunity for a passionateAssistant Centre Managerto join our 74-place service. We are seeking a dedicated team member with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program.

As Assistant Centre Manager, you'll work in partnership with the Centre Manager to mentor and support educators, drive quality outcomes, build strong family relationships and help shape a positive team culture where everyone can thrive.

About Us

Our centre offers engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments, including modern playgrounds, a garden area and a yarning circle, encouraging active play, exploration and connection to culture and community. Our learning spaces are equipped with age-appropriate technology and educational resources to support children's development. Catering for up to 74 children, our centre operates from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approvedDiploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Blue Card
• First Aid certificate
