Busy Bees Willetton is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director to join full‑time maternity leave cover from now until 22 January 2027. Located in Willetton, WA, this 72‑place service offers a dynamic setting alongside a capable Centre Director and Educational Leader.

You’ll balance leadership and administration with hands‑on support on the floor, splitting your time 50/50 between non‑contact duties and direct care, to help deliver high‑quality education and care.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Protection legislation.
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role within the ECEC industry.

Aufgaben

• Support the Centre Director in the day-to-day leadership and operations of the service.
• Work with a range of systems to support administrative duties across the centre.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the local community.
• Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Regulations.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.
• Step into the Centre Director role when required.
