Job summary

Busy Bees Lara in Victoria is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director to join a 103-place centre on a full-time basis.

You'll support the Centre Director in day-to-day operations, mentor educators, build strong partnerships with families and the local community, and ensure compliance with NQF and regulations. The role offers a supportive team and opportunities for growth within a global early learning provider.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care completed.
• Current VIC Working with Children Check.
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Child Protection legislation.
• Leadership experience or strong desire to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in day-to-day leadership and operations.
• Lead, mentor and inspire educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the local community.
• Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Regulations.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, reflective practice and continuous improvement.
• Step into the Centre Director role when required.
