Job summary

ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is seeking an Assistant Case Manager to join the Injury Assist Team in Sydney. The ACM will support front-line case managers and injured placemakers with workers compensation claims, handling administration and customer service tasks.

We are looking for a person to join our ISS Injury Assist Team as an Assistant Case Manager (ACM) supporting our front-line case managers and Injured Placemakers with their workers compensation claims.

The Assistant Case Manager role provides administration and customer service support to ISS Case Managers, Injured ISS Placemakers (employees), ISS Operational Managers for the quality management and outcomes for NSW workers compensation claims.
