Dôme in Belmont is seeking an experienced Assistant Café Manager to support the leadership of our Belmont café. You will help lead a passionate team, create exceptional guest experiences and contribute to a café that is an important part of the local community.

As Assistant Café Manager, you’ll lead from the front with hands‑on leadership, genuine hospitality and a commitment to supporting those around you. We offer career growth and a supportive culture in WA.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the Café Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the café
• Leading shifts and maintaining high operational standards

• Assisting with labour, stock and inventory management
• Maintaining Dôme standards for quality, service and cleanliness
