Dôme is seeking an experienced Assistant Café Manager for our Hillary’s café. You’ll support leadership, coach a passionate team and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding the brand’s welcoming philosophy.

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Café Manager to support the leadership of our Hillary's café.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting the Café Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the café
• Leading shifts and maintaining high operational standards
• Coaching and developing Team Members
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
• Assisting with labour, stock and inventory management
• Maintaining Dôme standards for quality, service and cleanliness
• Acting as the leader on duty when required
• Supporting the development of future leaders within the team
