About You

You’ll bring experience from an Australian bank or asset finance organisation, together with a sound understanding of the Australian commercial equipment finance market. You may have supported a Business Development Manager, a regional sales team or other sales professionals, and you’ll be comfortable navigating quotes, deal structures, credit applications, documentation and settlement processes.

You’re a confident and professional communicator who enjoys building trusted relationships with brokers, senior stakeholders and internal partners. You know how to balance customer and broker needs with policy, risk appetite and regulatory requirements, and you’re comfortable working independently within established parameters while recognising when an issue needs to be escalated.

Highly organised and attentive to detail, you can manage competing priorities without losing momentum across the pipeline. You bring a genuine service mindset, strong relationship management capability and a practical approach to problem‑solving. You’ll also be open to change and confident supporting others as new systems, processes and technology are introduced. A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline would be well regarded but is not essential.
