Job summary

FormDirect is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Rockhampton to support the Branch Manager in driving profitability and daily operations across logistics, production, equipment and facility maintenance, OH&S compliance, and cost control. You will lead and mentor staff, communicate at branch and management levels, and help sustain weekly meeting cadence and performance against budgets.
