L’Occitane Australia Pty is seeking a passionate Part-Time Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Karrinyup Boutique in Western Australia. You will support the Boutique Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team and to deliver an elevated guest experience.

The role focuses on service excellence, stock control, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets and KPIs. Experience in beauty or skincare is a plus, and the position offers team discounts,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar retail role.
• Experience as an assistant manager or in a supervision capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and motivational abilities.
• Knowledge of KPI analysis and reporting.
• Skincare experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations in partnership with Boutique Manager.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service and meet sales KPIs.
• Inspire, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Uphold brand standards and guest-first experience.
• Manage visual merchandising and stock in line with guidelines.

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Part-Time Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Karrinyup Boutique. In this key role, you’ll support the Boutique Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique
• Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience
• Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines
• Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a role within a similar retail business
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Understanding of KPI’s and the ability to analyse and report figures
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential
