L'Occitane en Provence Australia is seeking a passionate Full-Time Assistant Boutique Manager for our Warringah Mall boutique. You will support the Boutique Manager to drive daily operations, guest service, and sales performance while nurturing a talented team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail and experience in an assistant manager role, with strong communication and KPI-analysis skills. Skin care knowledge is a bonus; we offer growth and a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar retail role.
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Understanding of KPIs and ability to analyse and report figures.
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential.

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Warringah Mall Boutique. In this key role, you'll support the Boutique Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique
• Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience
• Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines
• Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You:

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business
