Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar role.
• Genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities including journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations—bank, parent account, fixed asset.
• Support financial reporting, departmental reporting and financial acquittals.
• Provide finance support to Centre Directors and Support Office teams.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the finance function.
