Job summary

Busy Bees in Nundah, Brisbane, is seeking a driven Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. You will translate financial data into insights, partner with stakeholders and support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in a growing national business.

You will work with ERP systems (NetSuite), advanced Excel, and BI tools, contributing to commercial projects and financial modelling while upholding child-safety values.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a Financial Analyst or similar corporate finance role.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or related discipline.
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems - NetSuite highly regarded.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Power BI, Tableau or similar experience highly regarded.
• CPA/CA or progress towards qualification advantageous.
• A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing, and alignment to Busy Bees values.

We're looking for a driven and analytical Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in Nundah. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys going beyond the numbers, turning financial data into meaningful insights and partnering with stakeholders to support better business decisions.

You'll work closely with experienced finance professionals and stakeholders across the organisation, gaining broad exposure to financial planning, reporting, analysis and commercial projects within a growing national business.

What you'll do
