Job summary

Perigon Group in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join on a 6-month temporary basis. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will support a broad range of financial accounting and reporting activities across multiple entities and large-scale renewable energy projects.

Key duties include processing invoices, assisting with payment runs and month-end tasks, supporting year-end accounting, and helping with audits and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years' experience in an Assistant Accountant position.
• Renewable energy, infrastructure or project accounting experience would be advantageous.

• Assist with statutory audits and tax compliance requirements.
