As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our collaborative Finance team. This role will help strengthen the financial systems and processes that underpin our work and enable our organisation to continue making a meaningful impact.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Assistant Accountant supports accurate, timely and well-controlled financial operations across THRF Group's complex, multi-entity environment. You will complete key accounting tasks, reconciliations and finance processes while maintaining complete, accurate and up-to-date records.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, collaborative and ready to contribute as a true team player. You will work closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider organisation, adapt confidently to new systems and processes, and identify practical opportunities to improve accuracy, automation and efficiency. Part-time employment may be considered for the right applicant, however, some periods of full-time coverage will be required.
